Kingston University’s long established and leading edge School of Surveying is a Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) partner institution offering a wide range of accredited undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
The School offers a vibrant range of industry focused programmes and is home to C-SCAIPE, which is the only Centre for Excellence in Teaching and Learning based within a Built Environment School.
A centre of excellence
In recognition of our excellence in teaching and learning and our research work in the field of sustainability has been awarded funded status as a Centre of Excellence in Teaching and Learning(CETL). This has enabled the school to set up the Centre of Sustainable Communities Achieved Through Integrated Professional Education (C-SCAIPE), which benefits all students in the school. We also run a Centre for Sustainable Construction jointly with Engineering.

Postgraduate study
Education doesn't stop with a first degree. We aim to equip you with the skills you need if you want to continue with postgraduate study. If you are thinking of continuing your studies, we offer a full range of postgraduate courses from conversion Masters with RICS recognition, to mid career training, to an active PhD programme. Our flexible RICS and non-RICS accredited postgraduate programmes are accessible in a variety of delivery modes to help take your studies further.

APC training courses
Additionally the school runs a number of highly regarded training courses to prepare candidates for the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC), which is the final requirement for gaining full professional status.
